Dear Diary,

         Hi guys! Long time, no see. I've been enjoying the warm weather, so I figured I'd start with a picture of me doing non-Animal Crossing stuff. (As if, right?) Anyway, this is my newest Spring photo. It's very artistic, I think. It's been so nice outside that I'm glad that Animal Crossing: Wild World is a portable game. Hooray for sunning while gaming! Unlike you humans, us turtles need to soak up UV rays for our own well being. We don't grow well without them!

         Today was a good day to go shopping in AC:WW. I've been saving up my spare change for a few chic outfits. You never can look TOO good when you're trying to impress Mayor Tortimer, after all, and my current couture is getting a bit dated. Ahem, not that I need an excuse to shop, that is... Luckily, Elegans has a primo house of fashion, run by the Able Sisters. Sometimes you can find a real bargain there, too! On my way over today, I thought I'd stop and show you a picture of my blue rose. Lots of people have been reading my diaries, so I got a ton of email asking if I've gotten my rose yet. Yup, I got one. By now, I have all the types of flowers known to the Animal Crossing world, so I'm not sure what my next goal should be. Anyone have any thoughts?

        After stopping to see the blue rose, it's only a short skip and a jump to the clothing store. A nice little gingham shirt caught my eye as soon as I walked in, so I inquired with Mabel, who runs the shop. I like Mabel, and she's got a good eye. Whenever I try something on at the shop, I always ask her opinion.

        What? Oh, of course I tried on the shirt. It fit like a dream, too. Not to mention that it was nice and soft, which is a big plus (I hate itchy scratchy material) because it also went well with my wide-brimmed gardening hat. Can it be fate? Since Mabel also thought it was a good match, I bought the shirt in a flash. I always like buying from Mabel and Sable Able. They have good quality stuff! Later in the day, however, Jess rudely suggested that my new purchase looked like I was wearing a tablecloth. Can you believe it? This, from a smelly human who likes to paint the roof shocking pink. Pfahhh!

        Ooo, I almost forgot! While I was at the Tailor Shop, I took a picture of my flag pattern. I also got a lot of emails from people who wanted to know what the pixel by pixel breakdown of my design was. How can I not appease my fans? This is for everyone who requested the flag pattern. Love ya all!

        After my little shopping trip, I had to get back to business. I have a lot of flowers to water, thanks to my overzealous gardening habits. My favorite spot right now is an arrangement of hybrid cosmos in front of the museum. They need some watering today, but when they're all properly in bloom, they make a very appealing stripe formation! I need to think of some new designs to make with my flowers, I think. I have so many hybrids now that they're coming out of my ears!
