The following is a listing of the appropriate email addresses to contact us at for a variety of inquiries. This may be updated from time to time, so check here first before you email AXA; email sent to incorrect locations may have a delayed response. Please only contact AXA Staff if you are exactly 13 years of age, or older.

Gameplay Questions

For any and all gameplay questions (including where to catch bugs, items, feng shui, characters, etc), contact the AXA Help Desk at helpdesk@megadoomer.com.

Website Questions

For questions directly related to the AXA website, site affiliation, Animal Crossing news, or error reports, please contact axawebsite@megadoomer.com.

Some Affiliation Guidelines:

1. Please only submit sites that have family-friendly content. We reserve our right to deny affiliate requests with sites that have inappropriate materials posted to them.

2. We would prefer that your site be hosted on its own domain; please do not submit sites hosted on Freewebs, Tripod, or MySpace if possible.

3. Please be prepared to submit a 88 x 31 button for your site. You must host a link or graphic of ours in exchange. If you would prefer to have us make one, please include that in your request email.

4. Please be patient waiting for us to respond. We receive several affiliation requests, and it takes us time to review the material. We reserve the right not to respond to you if you have blatantly ignored the criteria posted on this page. Generally, responses will only be sent to those whose affiliation requests are approved.

5. Please clearly indicate in the subject line of your email that you wish to affiliate with AXA.
